★ PROPERTY: Set on several wooded acres, our custom-built all-log cabin provides tranquil wooded views and features an outdoor fire pit (firewood not provided). Situated on a quiet residential street, the cabin offers easy access via paved roads and driveway, with ample off-street parking for 4+ cars.

★ INTERIOR: Appalachian Escape Cabin combines traditional and modern elements, with hand-hewn hemlock log walls, exposed beams, gleaming hardwood floors, and rustic log furniture. Designer pine cone motif light fixtures accentuate the all-log interior.

★ Main Floor: Cozy up by the stone-clad two-sided fireplace that extends from floor to ceiling. Enjoy entertainment on a Smart 48" HDTV, play games on a rustic log pool table, or relive the past with classic 80s arcade games.

The modern kitchen with soft-close cabinetry and stainless steel appliances connects seamlessly to the spacious dining area. Custom chiseled-edge granite countertops and a large island offer ample seating and prep space. The dining room features a fireplace and a farm-style table for 10 guests, with additional seating for 6 at the kitchen island.

★ Second Floor: Find a King bedroom with a memory foam mattress and another "family" bedroom with two Queen beds and two narrow twin daybeds. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV with all the popular channels. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub adds to the comfort. Winter months feature heated bathroom floors in both the main floor and upstairs bathrooms.

★ OUTDOORS: Enjoy the serenity of the Smoky Mountains with wooded and seasonal mountain ridge views. Relax on the full-length covered porch's rocking chairs, dine outside on the picnic table, or gather around the yard's charcoal grill and fire pit. ► This is a MOUNTAIN cabin. Guests should anticipate driving on MOUNTAIN roads. Although these roads are paved and maintained, 4WD or AWD vehicles and/or chains may be necessary during winter if there is snow or ice.
► Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
► This cabin is child-friendly but is NOT child-proof. The property is NOT FENCED-IN so children must be watched by a capable adult while outside.
► This cabin does not offer daily cleaning services. You will be provided towels, linens, and a STARTER supply of soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
► The cabin is in a wooded area that is still largely wilderness. Despite having a regular pest control program, it is possible to get 4-6-8 (or more) legged, crawling, or winged visitors both outside and inside. Please ensure that doors are kept closed at all times. Never leave food items in vehicles and NEVER leave food, leftovers, or trash outside. All garbage should be bagged and locked in the bear-resistant containers provided.
► Sightings of bears, deer, reptiles, birds, raccoons, and all kinds of insects and arachnids can be expected and are NOT grounds for cancellations or refunds. Feeding wildlife is strictly prohibited.
► No refunds will be given for weather events, fear of driving on mountain roads, change of plans, or life events. Consider appropriate Travel insurance.
► Third-party amenities, such as electricity/water, TV service, and internet are beyond our control. In the event of service interruption beyond our control, Guests agree that they are not entitled to, nor will seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption.
► WIFI: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. Log-in information can be found inside the cabin or via email. Please note that due to the cabin's rural mountain location, the owners cannot guarantee uninterrupted WIFI service and connection speed, and any interruptions in service do not warrant a refund.
► This property is listed on various online platforms, each having its distinct policies, terms, and conditions. The policies stated in the Rental Agreement will take precedence over any other policies mentioned in the booking site's listing that you may have utilized to book or inquire about this property.
► Rates may vary across platforms and are subject to dynamic updates. Sales, discounts, and specials (if available) apply to new reservations exclusively.
► NO SMOKING, NO PETS. NO OCCUPANCY ABOVE STATED LIMIT (10 total, with no more than 8 adults).
► $500.00 Damage deposit is required. Will be reserved 2 days before arrival, and released no later than 5 days after departure depending on the satisfactory post-departure inspection.
► You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. You are required to sign the Rental Agreement and provide a valid photo ID within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being canceled due to non-compliance with the rules. 
► Stays longer than 8 nights may require interim cleaning with an applicable cleaning fee.
► Arrival instructions will be emailed 3 days before arrival; Access instructions will be emailed and texted 2 days before arrival.
► Guests must inspect the cabin within 1 hour from check in to ensure that everything is satisfactory and to contact the Owners in case of any questions, concerns, or issues. Any issue not reported upon arrival may be deemed the guests' responsibility. Guest concerns and/or complaints should be in writing by text or e-mail AND before departure, allowing the Owners sufficient time to document the issue and undertake reasonable corrections.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
